30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., a receipt) is required.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send back your item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective or damaged.
- You received the wrong item.
We’ll evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).
- Custom products (e.g., personalized or special-order items).
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. If you have any doubts, please reach out to us.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original purchase for approval, then place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you get what you want as quickly as possible.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
- Items must be returned in the same condition you received them: unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
