While many of us were stuck at home grumbling about the snow and missing out on time at the RC track, one Reddit user showed us how to turn a snow day into an RC racing dream.
Forget snowball fights, building snowmen, or sledging! CarlBirchenwald on Reddit shared an amazing idea: create a race track in the snow for hours of RC fun! Even clearing the driveway can be transformed into designing your own snowy circuit.
Carl posted some fantastic images of his makeshift snow track, built for him and his son to enjoy with their new LaTrax Triton car. Although they’re both new to the RC hobby, their creativity and enthusiasm are inspiring. Despite the Triton being fully submerged during their snowy adventure, it kept going strong.
It’s always great to see families embracing the RC hobby, and Carl and his son are clearly off to an incredible start. We’re excited to see what tracks they’ll create next.
