Googly Eyes: The Fun RC Mod You Didn’t Know You Needed

Here’s a fun story that we couldn’t take our eyes off, literally! Redditor u/marktherobot-youtube shared a brilliant post featuring the size difference between his biggest RC car, an Arrma Senton (nicknamed Larry), and his smallest, the Rapid Racer (Richard). The size difference is staggering, but what really made us chuckle was the addition of googly eyes on both cars!

Not only did Mark give his RCs quirky names, but he also scaled the googly eyes perfectly to match the cars’ sizes. The result? Two RC cars that look hilariously full of personality. It’s a simple, affordable mod that takes RC fun to a whole new level.

Why We Love It

Admittedly, I’ve named a few of my RC cars over the years, but adding googly eyes? That’s next-level creativity! It’s such a brilliant way to give your RCs a personality. I’m definitely tempted to try this myself, it could be a great laugh at the club or even a unique way to raise smiles at a charity event.

Who knew a pair of cheap googly eyes could transform an RC car so much?

Cool Wall Bonus

For the record, any Cool Wall submissions featuring googly eyes might just get bonus points. It’s fun, creative, and we’re totally here for it!

Thanks for the laughs, Mark the Robot. You’ve inspired us to see RC cars in a whole new light (and with a cheeky pair of eyes)!
