The Retro RC Touring Car Group returns to Doncaster Touring Car Club for another fantastic day of classic touring car racing!

Following the incredible success of our previous events, we're back at one of the UK's best indoor carpet venues. The last meeting produced an amazing turnout, close racing throughout the day and plenty of laughs in the pits. 

If you were there, you'll know exactly why we're coming back. If you missed it, now's your chance!

Doncaster's fast, flowing indoor circuit is perfectly suited to touring cars from the era, making it the ideal venue for another unforgettable retro meeting.

Old School Carpet Returns

We will be running the meeting on our own traditional grip carpet rather than the ets carpet Doncaster has to soften the impact on the cars and make the racing more period feel. Bonus points for aerial tubes!

Torque Tuned
Old School class running Tamiya Torque Tuned motors

27T 6 Cell
Classic touring car class using 27T brushed motors with 6-cell batteries

Event Format

The race format and timetable will be confirmed once entries have been received and will be based on the number of drivers in each class.

We run 3 qualifiers with your best run to count. And then 3 leg finals to keep it exciting and maximise track time!
